We had exceptional service from Sunhawk Heating and Air. They came promptly when I called for service and gave an update on arrival time. The problem with my air conditioning was corrected. They were very courteous and wore shoe covers in my house. I would highly recommend their service.

These young men were very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company! When we notified them of the air not cooling our home they were out within a couple hours & had it fixed within minutes! Definitely will be using this company again in the future!

Jake was amazing and honest! My air went out on Tuesday night so when I woke up on Wednesday morning I called around all morning and came across sunhawk and they were willing to come out same day even as late as 8 or 9 pm! Thankful they were able to get to us sooner at 6 pm and was about to figure out the problem and fix it quickly. Our house had gotten up to 83 degrees and we was burning up so we was extremely thankful for same day service and they willingness to work late. Plus they don’t charge an arm and a leg like many other places!! If anyone ever asks for a recommendation I will definitely point them to sunhawk and they will have my service from here on out! We appreciate you guys!!

We bought our home in early 2023 and knew it was only a matter of time before our HVAC system died, I mean it was a 30 year old unit but we were hoping for the best. The AC lasted us through the heat of the summer but come winter it struggled. During the recent cold snap where our temps were single digits and even dipping into the negatives, the unit just could not hang on any longer. The team at Sunhawk was absolutely amazing, I believe the one gentleman was named Jake, he came out on a Tuesday night and evaluated the unit and started the process with my partner.

Financing application and process was incredibly smooth and easy. He was in constant communication with my partner about the unit, home needs, scheduling and every other detail imaginable! Saturday morning, Jake and his team arrived at the house with all equipment needed, in the pouring rain, to make sure they got this unit up and running as soon as possible. Once everything was installed and situated, the team cleaned up nicely and told us that if we should have any questions, concerns or anything to not hesitate to call. Jake even brought two new air filters BACK to the house, in the dark and rain, because they were accidently left at the shop.

Overall, we could not be more pleased with Jake and his team at Sunhawk. The friendly and neighborhood treatment from a company is hard to come by these days. Professional, efficient, friendly, great communication and just all around high praises for them. I highly recommend to anyone that is needing work done or even a new unit, you will not regret the decision to use Sunhawk.

I never write reviews, but our heat went out during the coldest night of a very long winter storm. Jake came out right away after I called, very early in the morning when it was still ~2° outside. Within 20 or 30 minutes after he arrived, we had heat. I can't say enough how grateful I am to Jake for saving our house and pipes from a dire emergency. Truly a blessing to this community, and the kind of professional you want on your side. I would 100% recommend Sunhawk to anyone.
